Exhibitors showcase presentations of their services on the spot's screen, and at the event an AI matchmaking engine arranges introductions between visitors and exhibitors. ## Key facts - When: This Fall 2026 — exact dates are not announced yet. Yes. Register and the pass is free. Tell us one business need and at the event we introduce you to the companies that can help. - When and where is The Arena? This fall 2026 in Dubai Media City. Exact dates will be announced soon. Register and we will email you the dates and the address. - What are Introduction chats? Chats that our AI opens for you at the event. We match your need with a company at The Arena, open a chat between you and show the number of their spot. - How much time do I need for the visit? Two to three hours is enough to walk the hall and have your meetings. Stay longer to meet more companies. - My company sells services too. Can we exhibit? Yes. Apply for a free 1-hour trial slot or book a full day — switch to “For exhibitors” at the top of the page. Your visitor pass stays free. ## For exhibitors - What do I need to bring? One person and one laptop. The TV, HDMI cable, round bar table and two bar stools are already on the spot. - What can I show on my spot? Services only. You showcase a presentation of your service on the TV of your spot: slides, a PDF, a video or a live demo. The Arena is a trade show for services, not for goods. - How do I get leads? In two ways: visitors who walk past your spot, and LeadChats — chats that our AI opens at the event between you and relevant visitors. - Can I test the format first? Yes, once. Join the waitlist for a free one-off 1-hour trial. Trial slots come only from full-day spots that are not sold. - Why is the trial free? An unsold full-day spot would stand unused. We split it into eight free 1-hour trial slots, so smaller companies can test the format before they pay. A slot is not guaranteed: any company can buy the whole full-day spot before the event — your company can buy it too. - Is this a lottery? No. There is no draw and no prize. We give out slots on unsold spots, if any remain, by schedule and by service category. To raise your chance, post about your participation and add the link: it gives you one more entry. - Can a trial become a full day? Yes.
