TV Lobby / Realtime.Media
With TV Lobby, Emirates Fashion Week set up a studio inside the venue where designers, stylists and opinion leaders were interviewed on camera. Thanks to the Realtime.Media pipeline, each interview was instantly edited, branded and published during the event. In 2025 this resulted in hundreds of professional-quality video stories.
Expochat / AI matchmaking
Networking was powered by Expochat. This AI tool matched visitors and industry professionals by shared interests and opened conversations with built-in icebreakers. Instead of chance encounters, participants got real connections and measurable outcomes.
Lead generation via QR codes
Every exhibitor and designer had personal QR codes. Scanning a code captured the lead instantly — no business cards, no delay — so every conversation turned into a follow-up.
SecondScreen
No apps. No logins. Visitors connected through their browsers to vote in live polls, interact with speakers, explore designer profiles and see real-time updates. Traditional shows became interactive experiences.
MediaWall
On giant LED walls across the venue, MediaWall streamed live interviews, designer highlights and guest profiles. Every visitor became part of the digital story, and the event was documented in real time.
Paparazzi
Branded instant photography, projected on venue screens and delivered straight to guests' phones. Guests shared their photos online — personal pride turned into event marketing.
iFrame Reportage
Live interviews and highlights were edited at once and embedded into websites and social media through iFrame players: an always-on media presence and ready-to-share content for every participant.
